Something doesn't fit or you don't like an item? No problem. With us, you can easily return or exchange your order within 30 days. Simply start your return through our portal and follow the steps.
Return Conditions You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Once your return has been received, we will refund the amount to your original payment method.
For orders within Germany, we will provide you with a shipping label. A cost of 1.49 EUR will be directly deducted from your refund. For orders outside Germany, you are responsible for organizing the return yourself and covering the associated shipping costs.

Rather exchange than return? There are no return shipping costs for exchanges. Simply select the "Exchange" option in the return portal.

How to Return

Register return Click "Start Return", enter your order number and email address, and select the reason for your return. You can choose between a refund and an exchange.

Select items Select the items you wish to return or exchange and confirm your return.

Receive shipping label You will receive your shipping label via email for download and printing.

Pack and send package Place the printed return slip in the package, attach the label, and drop off the package at the nearest parcel station or post office.

Receive refund or exchange Once your return has been received, your refund will be initiated or your exchange item will be sent out.
Tip: Your order includes a card. On the back, you will find brief instructions for returns and a QR code that will lead you directly to our returns portal. Enter your order number there and place the card in your package so we can quickly and correctly process your return.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Items that do not meet these requirements unfortunately cannot be refunded.
